Mazak VMCs producing a variety of general machine parts. We are looking for someone who can take a job from print to finished part —program the machine, set up the job, run production, inspect parts, and make adjustments as needed. What You'll Do Program Mazak VMCs using

conversational programming Set up and operate Mazak VMCs Read and understand engineering drawings Select and set cutting tools Set tool and work offsets Prove out programs and make necessary adjustments Run multiple machines efficiently Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment Make offset and program adjustments to maintain part quality Troubleshoot machining and setup problems Maintain production and quality requirements Keep machines, tooling, and work areas clean and organized What We're Looking For Strong CNC VMC setup experience

programming experience is preferred Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and work holding Ability to use precision measuring equipment Ability to take a job from setup through finished parts Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
