This hands-on role will develop efficient machining strategies, support first-piece validation, and work closely with setup machinists to improve quality, productivity, and workflow across the shop. Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Optional Saturdays, 7:00 AM-12:00 PM Key Responsibilities Program complex 3

  • 4• and 5-axis CNC milling jobs using Mastercam.

Develop efficient machining strategies, toolpaths, tooling selections, and processes. Support machine setup and validate first-piece production. Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to improve quality and efficiency. Collaborate with setup machinists to establish and maintain machining best practices. Review drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements to ensure parts meet customer requirements. Help establish consistent CNC programming standards and processes. Share technical knowledge and provide guidance to machinists and other team members. Identify opportunities to improve cycle times, quality, and overall shop productivity. Qualifications 5+ years of CNC programming experience, preferably using Mastercam. Strong experience programming 3

  • 4• and 5-axis CNC milling equipment.

Experience working with Haas controls. Strong understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings. Hands-on knowledge of CNC machining, setups, tooling, and first-piece validation. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with machinists and production personnel. Comfortable working in a hands-on, small-company manufacturing environment. Mastercam experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with extensive CNC programming experience using another CAM platform may also be considered. 5+ years of CNC programming using MasterCam (If they do not use MasterCam, What do they use to program?)
