Adrian, MI Compensation:
$28-$35/hr DOE (Top rate reserved for highly experienced candidates) We are a growing precision manufacturing company seeking a senior-level CNC Machinist / Programmer to take a lead role in our machining operations. This position is not entry-level and is best suited for candidates who can work independently and bring strong technical expertise to the floor. Key Responsibilities Program, set up, and run Haas CNC mills and/or lathes Develop, modify, and optimize programs using Mastercam Independently select tooling, workholding, and cutting strategies Interpret CAD models and engineering drawings with minimal supervision Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure dimensional accuracy Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools Support continuous improvement and best machining practices Required Qualifications- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience using Mastercam
- Proven experience programming and setting up jobs independently
- Strong knowledge of fixturing, tooling, and machining strategy
- Experience holding tight tolerances in a production environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a team-oriented mindset This role is intended for experienced machinists.
