Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong mechanical background, programming knowledge, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be confident in CNC machining processes and committed to producing high-quality work while maintaining safety standards. Key Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate CNC machines. Interpret blueprints, NX drawings, SolidWorks schematics, and technical documents to determine machining operations. Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure product accuracy. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as needed. Program using Work NC for automated machining processes. Operate and program OKKs and Hurcos with Fanuc controller. Collaborate with engineers and team members to optimize production efficiency. Conduct in-process quality checks to confirm adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of CNC programming experience (required). Hands-on experience with CNC machine setup and operation. Strong proficiency in precision measuring instruments and hand tools. Knowledge of EDM techniques is a plus. Solid mechanical understanding of complex machinery. Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings. Problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Basic math skills for machining calculations. Physical Demands Regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. Frequently required to stand and walk. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 75 pounds. Must be able to perceive and analyze details of parts using close, distance, and peripheral vision.
