Job Description
Azon USA, Inc. is a world leader in the manufacture of machinery and polyurethane systems for thermally insulated aluminum windows and doors. We have an excellent day shift opportunity for a full-time CNC Programmer. This position is responsible for programming, set-up and operating machinery to produce and inspect machined parts for Azon customized equipment. The position is also responsible for researching and inventory maintenance of all tooling. The successful candidate will possess the following: Experience programming, setting-up and operating CNC Mills and Lathe using Mastercam software is a must. Ability to operate various manual machines and tools including mills, lathes, drill press, grinder and saw. Ability to manage multiple machines. Experience with producing parts using a variety of metals, including steel, stainless and aluminum. Handle regular machine setups and part changeovers across varying production runs Ability to interpret blue prints and GD&T. Experience with G&M Code programming. Familiarity with reading micrometers, calipers and standard measuring equipment. Maintains calibration of all personal inspection equipment. High School degree or equivalent. Completion of a machinist apprenticeship program or a CNC Machinist certificate preferred. Ability to interpret and edit CNC programs to meet all print requirements. Excellent work ethic, team player, good written and verbal communications skills.
