Machinist Responsibilities:

This role involves programming, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC VTL Machines, large horizontal lathes, and other large-part machining equipment in a heavy manufacturing job shop Responsibilities include reading blueprints, writing/editing CNC programs, setting up machines, selecting tooling, making adjustments, loading/unloading large parts, and machining parts to spec Additional duties include inspecting finished parts, troubleshooting machining issues, and supporting machining operations from setup through final inspection Work may involve machining large steel, stainless steel, cast iron, alloy, weldments, structural components, and custom industrial parts for automotive, aerospace, defense, power generation, heavy equipment, and industrial manufacturing industries Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
