Job Description

CNC Programmer / Process Technician Build better processes. Improve manufacturing. Make an impact! We're looking for skilled CNC Programmers / Process Technicians who enjoy solving manufacturing challenges, creating and improving processes, and working hands-on with CNC machining and personnel. If you have strong machining experience, understand what it takes to get a job from print to production, and enjoy helping a team work smarter, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Program and support CNC machining operations across milling, turning/lathe, grinding and/or Swiss machining using Mastercam. Develop and maintain clear, accurate machine setup instructions, tooling requirements, and work instructions. Troubleshoot machining and process issues and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and repeatability. Lead small projects and cross-functional groups focused on continuous improvement. Help develop and improve processes from initial setup through production. Support a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and manufacturing excellence.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Machining / Machining Technology (AA or equivalent). 3 or more years hands-on experience programming CNC machines, including experience with any of the following: CNC Mills CNC Lathes CNC Grinding CNC Swiss Ability to create detailed, easy-to-follow machining setup instructions and work instructions. Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, materials, and CNC programming and setups. Ability to take ownership of projects and lead small teams or improvement initiatives. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with machinists, engineers, supervisors and production personnel.
Ideal Qualifications:

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
