Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and instruments.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop programs for CNC machines using CAD/CAM software
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
  • Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet required specifications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC programs or machines
  • Collaborate with engineers and machinists to improve production processes
  • Experience:
  • The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
  • Proficiency in using bore gauges and precision measuring instruments
  • Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints
  • Experience with Fanuc controls and machining operations
  • Knowledge of electrical discharge machining (EDM) processes
  • Ability to work with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
  • Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating or modifying drawings
