CNC Programmer Join a hands-on manufacturing team where your CNC programming expertise directly supports high-precision production, continuous improvement, and real-world problem solving. What You'll Do Program and support precision machining processes that keep production moving efficiently and accurately. Create CNC programs for multi-spindle and multi-axis lathes, 5-axis mills, turning centers, and vertical machining centers with 4th-axis capability. Use your machining knowledge to improve setups, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing workflows. • Prepare jobs for the shop floor with clear programs, tooling requirements, and setup instructions. Work closely with machinists, engineers, and production team members to troubleshoot issues and strengthen processes. Support and train shop floor team members on machining processes, programming details, and best practices. Design or support fixtures, tools, and drawings that improve manufacturing, testing, and assembly. Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve flow, and support continuous improvement. Take part in improvement events and follow through on action items that help the team meet productivity goals. Serve as an important connection between Design Engineering and Manufacturing. Support safe, responsible work practices and contribute to health, safety, and environmental initiatives as appropriate. What We're Looking For A hands-on manufacturing professional with CNC programming and machining experience. Experience programming and supporting turning and milling operations; five years of CNC programming and machining experience is preferred. Manufacturing engineering experience is preferred. Mastercam, Mazatrol, and SolidWorks experience are valuable pluses. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to solve practical manufacturing challenges. Experience improving processes through tooling, fixturing, work instructions, and lean manufacturing methods. Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, machinists, and production team members. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD or solid modeling software such as SolidWorks or equivalent tools. MRP or ERP system experience and working knowledge of ISO principles are pluses. Hourly Rate:

$30 - $45 an hour - BOE•The base pay range represents the low and high end of the Taylor Devices pay range for this position. Actual rate will vary depending on many factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and performance.
