CNC Laser/Turret Programmer Job Description:
PrideStaff is currently working with a local manufacturer seeking an experienced CNC Laser/Turret Programmer. The CNC Laser/Turret Programmer will develop software programs for CNC fabrication equipment, including turret punches, lasers, combination turret/laser machines, press brakes, and others. The ideal CNC Laser/Turret Programmer has at least 3 years of CNC programming experience and strong computer skills, including experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CNC Programming software such as Mazak & Amada. The CNC Laser/Turret Programmer is a full-time, direct-hire position in Webster, NY.
CNC Laser/Turret Programmer Job Responsibilities:
Develop & Maintain Software Programs for CNC Fabrication Equipment Evaluate & Close Technical NCMR's (Non-Conforming Material Reports) when Appropriate Support Manufacturing Operators, Maintenance team, Engineers & Supervisors by Providing Technical Support when Needed Provide Programming & Support for "lights out" operations Assist in Development of MPCD's for Fabricated Products when Needed Other duties as Assigned by
Supervisor CNC Laser/Turret Programmer Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required 3+ Years of CNC Programming Experience is Required Associate's Degree in Manufacturing Technology or a Related Field is Preferred Working Knowledge of Amada & Mazak CNC Programming software is Preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, Explorer, AutoCAD & strong 3D Modeling is Required Excellent Communication Skills, Verbal & Written Strong Attention to
