Create machine setup documentation, conduct test runs, and troubleshoot programs to achieve required tolerances and quality standards. Collaborate with engineering, machining, and quality teams to improve manufacturing processes and resolve technical issues. Verify finished components using precision measuring equipment and maintain accurate program and process documentation. Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, quality standards, and industry best practices. Qualifications Associate's degree in CNC Programming, Machine Tool Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field. 2-5 years of CNC programming experience, including up to 5-axis machining. Proficiency with

CATIA V5 CAM

; experience with other CAD/CAM software is a plus. Experience with Siemens 840D, Fanuc, and/or Mazak controls. Knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, G-code/M-code, and precision inspection techniques. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Aerospace, defense, or medical manufacturing experience preferred. Turning and/or mill-turn programming experience is a plus.
