West Chester, OH Pay:
$30/hr+ Shift type: Full-time/ On-site Requirements Associate or technical school degree in CNC Programming or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience working with mills, lathes, VTLs, and 5-axis machining centers. Proficiency using CAD/CAM software for CNC programming, preferably SURFCAM or NX CAM. Ability to accurately read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints. Strong knowledge of G and M code editing, multi-axis machining functions, and multiple machine controllers. Experience machining composite materials such as CFRP, fiberglass, and Kevlar is preferred. Responsibilities Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, VTLs, and 5-axis machining centers using CAD/CAM software. Interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate machining and production quality. Perform G and M code editing, troubleshoot machining issues, and support multi-axis machining operations across various controller platforms. Set up and support machining operations while maintaining efficiency, precision, and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes, tooling, and cycle times. Utilize experience with Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, and Siemens controls to support diverse manufacturing environments. #
