Multi-axis Mill-Turn setups (2-11 axes) and production runs Job planning from prints and travelers to efficient workflows Tooling selection, offsets, and optimization of speeds/feeds First-article verification and tight-tolerance inspections On-the-fly NC code edits for cycle time and quality gains Uptime, cycle adherence, and steady-state production How will you push us forward? Prepare jobs for lights-out machining when feasible Continuously improve setups, tooling strategies, and throughput Share best practices; support and mentor teammates Keep the work area organized and audit-ready What does success look like here?
