  • We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer to join a precision manufacturing Tool Room. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on CNC machining, setup, programming, and operation. $30
  • 45/hr.

(DOE) + OT M-F | 5:00, 6:00, or 7:00 AM flex start times Earliest end time is 2:30PM Duties & Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate CNC vertical machining centers Program from scratch and edit existing programs using G-code/M-code Plan machining operations and select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials Machine precision components to specifications and required tolerances Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, schematics, and electronic files Inspect finished work using micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments Assemble and inspect parts, tools, and fixtures Troubleshoot machining issues and perform basic machine maintenance Meet job targets and communicate effectively with the Tool Room Foreman Maintain a safe, clean, and quality-focused work environment Required Qualifications CNC programming; strong CNC editors w/some programming will also be considered Strong CNC setup and machining experience Mastercam experience strongly preferred Experience with 3-axis CNC machining; 5-axis experience is a plus G-code/M-code experience Strong blueprint/CAD interpretation and precision measurement skills Knowledge of GD&T, machining principles, shop mathematics, and tolerances Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions Strong commitment to safety and quality Ideal candidates will have strong CNC setup and machining experience, solid programming ability, and the ability to work independently in a precision manufacturing environment.
