Reuss Industries Inc. is a women-owned, family run business in Madison, PA specializing in custom fabrication, welding, and machining . Our expertise lies in serving the steel mills, mining industry, and nuclear industry . Unlike production-focused shops, we thrive on unique, one-off projects . Whether it's working from a specific drawing or adapting to modifications, we handle Carbon Steel, Stainless and Aluminum with precision and dedication. We're currently seeking an experienced and reliable CNC Programmer to join our team!
CNC Programmer Qualifications & Responsibilities:
•Starting wage: $26-$32/hour based on exp• 2 or more years of experience programming CNC Mills and Lathes. (Haas preferred) Proficiency with MasterCam or equivalent CAM software for program creation and optimization. Ability to develop efficient tool paths, cutting speeds, feeds, and machining sequences. Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models. Strong knowledge of tooling, machining processes, and material properties. (Carbon Steel, Stainless, Aluminum, Plastics, etc.) Collaborate with machinists and management staff to ensure programs meet production requirements. Verify programs through simulation and first-article inspections, ensuring dimensional accuracy and compliance with tolerances. Troubleshoot and adjust programs or machining parameters to resolve production issues Actively run CNC machines and maintain a consistent presence on the shop floor to monitor production, support machinists, and ensure efficient operations Engage directly with equipment and machining processes; this role is not solely computer-based and requires hands-on involvement throughout the workday Maintain a clean and organized work area.
CNC Programmer Schedule:
•Candidate should be consistently reliable and timely•

Hours :
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Overtime :
Available during busy periods (Extended Start/End Times/Occasional Saturdays)
Weekly Hours :
Expect 40-46 hours per week
