Manufacturing EngineerSouthwest Milwaukee, WIWe're partnering with a well-established, family-oriented precision manufacturing company that's looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer to their growing engineering team. What You'll Be DoingProgram CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss machines using Mastercam.

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.

Design and improve tooling, fixturing, and workholding solutions.

Support production from machine setup through first-piece approval.

Troubleshoot machining and manufacturing issues alongside production personnel.

Create and maintain setup sheets, process documentation, and manufacturing standards.

Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality to improve manufacturability.

Evaluate cutting tool performance and implement new tooling technologies.

Drive continuous improvement projects focused on reducing cycle times, improving quality, and increasing productivity.

Assist with new product introductions and manufacturing process development.

What They're Looking ForManufacturing Engineering or CNC Programming experience within a machining environment.

Experience with Mastercam (or similar CAM software).Understanding of tooling, workholding, machining processes, and GD&T.Ability to troubleshoot machining and production issues.

Hands-on mindset with strong mechanical aptitude.

Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with production teams.
You should be proficient in:
