Requirements Experience operating CNC routers in woodworking, cabinetmaking, millwork, signage, fabrication, or manufacturing environments Experience operating laser cutting and/or engraving equipment Working knowledge of CAD/CAM software, toolpaths, nesting, feeds and speeds, and machine setup Ability to read shop drawings, blueprints, and production instructions Strong troubleshooting and quality inspection skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
