Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer Lead to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing computer numerical control (CNC) programs that direct the operation of machining equipment such as CNC milling machines and CNC lathes. This role is vital in ensuring precision manufacturing, efficient production workflows, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software, and experience with various machining techniques including 3D printing and welding.
