$22.25-26.25/hr DOE Are you a precision-driven professional with a passion for CNC machining and programming? RPM Staffing is seeking a CNC Machinist & Programmer to join our dynamic team in a role that blends technical expertise with hands-on production excellence.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software and G-code.
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Select and install tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job.
- Perform first-piece inspections and ensure all finished parts meet strict quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues with confidence and speed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of programs, setups, and production runs.
- Follow all safety protocols and keep your workspace clean and organized.
