Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting system & application problems System maintenance and clean up. Compliance of all 5 S Standards Proper Set Up, Activation and Monitoring of Paint Booth and Robot Activate robot and monitor paint parts. Complete testing of parts per procedures Mix paint Repaint parts (hand spray included) Some Robot Programming Other duties as assigned Maintain assigned 5S areas including cleaning up work area Properly disposing of trash and recyclable materials
Qualifications/Skills:
Knowledge & experience of paint applications Experience with manual spray paint application Knowledge of Paint Types/Color Awareness Automated spray experience helpful Must be able to perform tasks in a team environment or by him/herself Safety Awareness Strong self-initiative and motivation Regular and prompt attendance
Work Environment:
Manufacturing floor environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and various materials. Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Full-time, with potential for overtime based on production needs. Shifts may include days, evenings, or weekends.
