We are seeking a hands-on leader with strong automotive painting experience who can oversee daily paint shop operations while maintaining quality, safety, and production goals. Schedule MondayFriday 1st
Shift:
5:00 AM Start Overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the daily operations of the paint department. Oversee the painting of truck bodies, flatbeds, van interiors, and other vehicle components. Ensure products meet quality standards and production deadlines. Train, coach, and support paint shop employees. Assign daily workloads and monitor team performance. Ensure proper use and maintenance of paint guns, mixers, buffers, and other paint equipment. Read and interpret work orders, specifications, and production schedules. Enforce all safety, quality, and company policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Auto Body Painter with supervisory or lead experience preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive paint processes and equipment. Ability to spray a variety of paint colors and finishes. Experience reading work orders and using measuring tools. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. High school diploma or GED preferred. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Apply today by submitting your resume.
