Job summary Iconic Coatings is hiring an experienced powder coater / liquid painter for architectural metal in Fullerton. You will prep parts, run powder and liquid (HVLP / electrostatic) equipment, and put out production-quality work. This is not a training role. Only applicants with real shop experience spraying powder or liquid industrial coatings will be considered. Duties Inspect parts and confirm surfaces are ready before coating Operate powder equipment and HVLP / electrostatic spray guns to spec Apply powder and liquid coatings to the work order and quality standard Read travelers, process sheets, and finish specs Use PPE and respirators as required; follow shop safety rules Check color, coverage, and defects on finished parts Requirements Proven industrial powder coating or liquid painting experience in a production shop Comfortable with spray guns, booths, and powder systems Can follow work orders and quality standards Knows PPE / respirator use in a coating shop Can stand, lift, and work in a production environment (hot shop) Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Shop is mixed English/Spanish; bilingual is a plus.
