In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure durable, high-quality results. Duties Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal adhesion of paint and coatings Execute precise painting techniques including brush painting, roller painting, spray painting (including airless and conventional spray methods), and coating application Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and surface preparation instructions to accurately execute projects Use hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment safely to reach high or difficult areas Perform structural painting tasks such as stucco, masonry, drywall finishing, plastering, and restoration work Conduct surface inspections using visual color comparison tools to match paint colors accurately according to project specifications Follow safety regulations diligently by wearing respiratory protection and adhering to safety protocols on construction sites Qualifications Proven experience in construction painting including residential, commercial, industrial, or renovation projects Knowledge of construction estimating processes related to painting jobs is a plus Skilled in surface preparation techniques such as drywall finishing, caulking, plastering, and masonry work Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings or schematics Ability to operate various tools including brushes, rollers, paint sprayers (airless and conventional), power tools, and scaffolding equipment Strong understanding of safety regulations with a focus on respiratory protection and safe ladder use Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to coating coverage and surface area estimation Experience with specialty coatings like industrial paints or structural paints is advantageous Excellent attention to detail with an eye for color matching and visual quality standards Ability to work effectively on construction sites while maintaining safety protocol adherence Join us in creating beautiful spaces while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment.
