Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Painters to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primers to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality Execute a variety of painting techniques including brush, roller, spray (conventional and airless), and specialty coatings on diverse surfaces such as drywall, stucco, masonry, and structural elements Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete painting tasks with precision Interpret technical drawings, color schemes based on color theory, and project specifications to deliver accurate results Conduct surface preparation for construction spray painting and industrial coating projects in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to safety protocol adherence including respiratory protection measures Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines while ensuring quality craftsmanship on remodeling, renovation, or new construction sites Qualifications Proven experience in construction painting or related fields such as residential or commercial painting with a strong understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques Familiarity with construction estimating processes and interpreting technical drawings is preferred Skilled in the use of hand tools, paint sprayers (including airless spray), power tools, brushes, rollers, and scaffolding or ladder use for elevated work Knowledge of safety regulations including proper use of respiratory protection and adherence to safety protocols on construction sites Ability to assess color matching through visual color comparison and apply knowledge of color theory effectively Experience with drywall installation, caulking, stucco application, masonry work, fixture installation, or handyman tasks is a plus Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating paint quantities accurately Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment in fast-paced settings such as remodeling or renovation projects Join us if you're passionate about transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship!
