The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience with surface preparation, masking, paint mixing, priming and top coating using HVLP spray equipment to produce a high quality finished product. Spray booth and all PPE equipment supplied. This 75 year old company provides an excellent, positive work environment with a focus on safety.

Full Time Position Hours:

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm Wage $20-$25/ per hour Depending on

Experience Job Requirements:

Be in facility and ready to work before start time and able to work regular business Hours 7:30am - 4:00pm Responsible for all mixing station, spray equipment, booth maintenance, and repair scheduling Responsible to communicate needs from and to other departments and team members Prep ALL products such as manufactured parts fabricated with aluminum, steel, plastics, HDU foam, wood for primer and paint Prime and paint using appropriate steps and product use Use Matthews Single Stage Paint System Deliver the finished product to the appropriate team member upon completion Package as needed Proper and safe disposal of waste products Responsible for color matching Produce high quality finishes Willingly carry out all other duties as assigned by management
