Were currently seeking a Paint Prepper to join our collision repair team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and wants to build their skills in the collision repair industry.

What Youll Do:

Prepare vehicles and repaired panels for the painting and refinishing process.

Sand, mask, tape, and prime vehicle surfaces as directed.

Inspect surfaces for imperfections and complete necessary preparation before vehicles move into the paint booth.

Follow proper procedures for handling materials, tools, and equipment.

Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for use.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Work closely with body technicians and painters to keep vehicles moving efficiently through the repair process.

Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail on every vehicle.

What You Bring:

Previous automotive, collision, body shop, or paint preparation experience preferred, but willingness to learn is most important.

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Comfortable working with hand and power tools.

Ability to follow instructions and established repair procedures.

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Ability to work independently while also being a team player.

Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
