Your role will be:

Responsible for coating products per specifications

Operate pneumatic spraying equipment

Operate media blasting equipment

Work autonomously and use independent judgment to prioritize jobs

Use overhead cranes to lift, move, and manipulate more significant parts

Strict adherence to quality standards and ability to ensure they meet customer requirements and company standards If this is you, come join us! Previous experience working in painting/coating operation

Experience operating HVLP spraying systems and maintenance of such systems

Experience using thinner-based coatings

Experience with epoxy, high solids, and multiple part coating systems

Ability to read and understand specifications
