Powder Coater / Painter - 1st Shift (Hamilton, OH)

Pay:

$20-$22/hr (based on experience)

Shift:

Mon-Thurs, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM | OT possible Fridays

Offer of employment is contingent upon successfully completing standard onboarding steps (background check, drug test, and ability to meet overtime requirements). What You'll Do Operate the full powder coat system Load powder, spray powder, hang/unhang products, and operate ovens Perform powder coat setup (changing powders, adjusting powder handguns, etc.) Ensure all work meets quality specifications Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance activities Help train others on powder coat operations Support team members as needed Qualifications Relevant experience in painting, powder coating, or trade school completion Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Mechanically inclined and comfortable with tools/machinery Strong reasoning and problem‑solving skills Detail‑oriented with a focus on producing quality work Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 35 lbs Ability to stand, reach, and use hands frequently Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling Must wear steel or composite toe shoes and long sleeves

Pay:

$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
