Hours:

1st shift, 6:30 am - 2:30 pm Some overtime available

Pay:

$16.00 -$19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Operate powder coating equipment, including automated systems, accurately and efficiently Prepare surfaces via cleaning, sanding, or surface prep techniques Interpret production documents and specifications for coating procedures and color matching Handle materials safely with forklifts and warehouse equipment Maintain PPE and follow safety protocols Conduct quality checks on finished products Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools

Minimum Requirements:

Prior experience with powder coating or industrial painting preferred Ability to interpret technical specifications Basic understanding of safety procedures and PPE use Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience with automated coating systems Knowledge of surface preparation techniques Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklift Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial finishing Ability to follow safety protocols strictly
