Job Description

A rapidly expanding manufacturing facility in Leetsdale, PA, is seeking a dedicated Industrial Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and application of coatings to our products, ensuring they meet our high standards for both aesthetic appeal and durability. Your daily tasks will involve blending epoxies, paints, and thinners, conducting quality inspections on finished items, applying necessary labels and tags, tracking inventory levels for painting materials, and maintaining the cleanliness of your equipment, spray booth, and safety masks. This is a full-time position operating on the second shift, with hours from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday. You will begin your tenure with a training period on the first shift, which runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. We offer a starting wage of $22.70 per hour. Your compensation will grow through scheduled increases every three months, reaching a rate of $27.35 per hour by the conclusion of your first year. This is a direct hire opportunity that includes a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements Possession of a GED or high school diploma. Proven background in spray painting within an automotive or industrial environment. Previous forklift operation is a plus, though we are happy to provide training for those without this experience. Help maintain a safe and efficient workplace by meeting physical demands, such as standing and walking throughout your shift and lifting up to 20 lbs. regularly or 50 lbs. frequently.
