Updated 08/21/2026 Job Description Job Summary Need 2 second shift painters that are capable of at a minimum spraying primer …the +5 shift differential will apply so their total comp including health and welfare and the shift differential will be 26-28 depending on experience An aircraft painter prepares aircraft surfaces for paint by cleaning, stripping, and sanding them, then applies primers and topcoats using specialized equipment like spray guns to protect the aircraft from corrosion and meet aesthetic or branding requirements. Key duties include following technical specifications and safety regulations, inspecting finished work, and documenting all processes. A high school diploma, experience in painting, and strong attention to detail are typically required.
