We're looking for skilled technicians to support the repair and restoration of high-performance aerospace gas turbine components using advanced robotic thermal spray systems. What You'll Do Operate robotic thermal spray equipment to apply coatings to aerospace gas turbine components. Prepare parts through blasting, masking, and fixture installation. Program or operate automated coating systems and production equipment. Inspect coating thickness, coverage, and overall quality to engineering specifications. Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and coating specifications. Complete quality documentation and report non-conformances. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all safety and environmental procedures. Work closely with production and quality teams to meet customer requirements. We're Looking For We welcome candidates with experience in the following: Thermal Spray HVOF Plasma Spray APS (Atmospheric Plasma Spray) Thermal Barrier Coatings (TBC) Industrial or aerospace coating systems Robotics & Automation FANUC robots ABB robots KUKA robots Robot programming Teach pendant operation Automated production cells Manufacturing CNC operation or programming Precision machining Aerospace manufacturing Engine component repair Industrial manufacturing Gas turbine component repair Preferred Experience 2+ years operating thermal spray equipment such as GTV or Sulzer Metco systems. Experience reading blueprints, work instructions, and engineering specifications. Familiarity with precision measurement equipment. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred).
