Job Description

If you love precision paint work and take pride in a flawless finish, join our production team. A day in this role Arrive energized and prepare your booth and gear for safe, efficient spraying. Move from metal prep and bodywork to mixing and applying coatings, keeping a laser focus on quality. Use gravity-feed and pressure-fed spray systems and apply bedliner where specified. Wet sand and buff to achieve a consistent, automotive-grade sheen. Wrap up by cleaning tools, guns, and your area to maintain a spotless workspace. What you'll handle Production painting in a manufacturing environment Comfort and experience with single-stage urethane paint and other coating types Bodywork and surface prep prior to finishing Application using gravity-feed paint guns, pressure-fed systems, and bedliner processes Wet sanding and buffing for final finish quality Mixing paint precisely to manufacturer specifications Maintaining cleanliness of workspace and equipment Working effectively in high-heat environments Delivering detail-oriented results with a quality-first mindset Requirements Must wear OSHA standard respirator mask while painting. Must comply with OSHA standards for facial hair requirements. Schedule and pay 2nd Shift 2:15pm
