OVERVIEW

: Review and give the final detail to painted pieces.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and hang the pieces received from the production area to send them to the painting process. Review and interpret paint color codes. Perform the operation according to work instructions, specifications, and/or visual aids that apply and for which it is required. Inspect the finished product to see if it needs touch-ups and paint with a special color. Enter orders to be sent to painting. Keeping the paint guns clean and air holes Prepare surfaces as needed for quality craftsmanship Changing the filters when needed Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow standard safety practices and regulations. Cross-training and knowledge share with peers. Knowing when the units need to be touch up Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Must pass respirator fit exam Must complete Certified Hazardous Waste Manifests (RCRA Training) Knowledge of air guns
