Job Description
Overview We are seeking a Cabinet Painter/Sprayer to join our team. Be a part of a growing, fast-paced, women owned and operated business. The ideal candidate will have a background in various painting techniques including spraying, however we are willing to train the right person. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, creativity, coachability and the ability to work independently or as part of a small team. The Cabinet Painter/Sprayer will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes while ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. Duties Prepare cabinetry and trim components for finishing by sanding, filling nail holes, caulking, and masking surfaces Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer. Apply primers, paints, stains, and clear coats both by hand and with an airless sprayer Apply low VOC paint using airless spray equipment in the shop and roller and brush in the home. Assist with the installation and take down of doors and drawers on bigger jobs. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and adhere to safety standards at all times. Treat the client and their home with the utmost care and respect. Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards Experience Experience as a Cabinet Spray Painter is required. Familiarity with Painting techniques and processes. Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation. Exceptional work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
