Duties Prepare surfaces through construction painting surface preparation techniques, including cleaning, sanding, and surface masking to ensure optimal coating adhesion. Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment for surface finishing, assembly support, and material handling tasks. Interpret production documents such as work orders and technical specifications to accurately execute painting tasks according to project requirements. Adhere strictly to safety protocols by using personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators and respiratory protection gear, while handling hazardous materials or working in confined spaces. Manage materials efficiently using warehouse experience and forklift operation skills to transport paints, coatings, and other supplies safely within the facility.
