1st shift from 4:50 AM to 5:00 PM.Flexible Scheduling:

As a Industrial Painter- Facility Maintenance, this role requires expertise in industrial painting, carpentry, drywall installation, plumbing, and masonry to handle minor repairs and enhancements.
Independent Worker:
Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail.Communication Skills:
Good verbal and written communication abilities.Basic Computer Skills:
Proficient in using basic software for documentation.Basic Wiring Skills:
Ability to perform basic wiring tasks safely and effectively.Time Management:
Effectively complete daily work orders in a timely manner.Customer Service Orientation:
Driven to provide excellent service.Troubleshooting Skills:
Capable of addressing electrical and mechanical issues.Maintenance Expertise:
Experience in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance.Industrial Painting Proficiency:
Skills in preparing surfaces, selecting paints, and applying coatings.Equipment Operation:
Ability to operate power industrial equipment (Forklift, Boom Lift, Scissor Lift).Additional Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain building doors, perform snow removal, and take on other projects as assigned.Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Company-paid training at Sherwin Williams upon hire. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operation instructions, and manuals. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
