We provide professional service and installation for new construction, retrofits, and maintenance projects. What You'll Do Calibrate sensors and tune control loops to optimize system performance. Program, modify, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS). Perform system backups, database maintenance, and software updates. Diagnose and resolve HVAC controls and building automation system issues. Replace and reprogram sensors, controllers, and other control devices as needed. Install, wire, and integrate new control components and communication devices. Troubleshoot and repair communication networks and control wiring. Support system upgrades, expansions, startup, and commissioning activities. Complete service documentation, including time sheets, expense reports, and field reports. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and quality service. What we are looking for Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC controls. Knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, and IP networks. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Willingness to travel as needed and work in field environments, including rooftops and ladders. Experience with BAS platforms such as Schneider, Tridium, Siemens, Johnson Controls, or Trane. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Technical degree, trade school certificate, or equivalent industry training preferred.
