Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Youth Skills Training program provides students ages 16-17 the opportunity to learn, develop skills and gain hands on experience working in a machine shop production environment. The position will provide guidance to learn specific machinist duties and experience performing a variety of secondary operations within the Machine Shop such as part marking, deburring, gluing, pressing bearings, setting up tooling, broaching, tapping, grinding, countersinking, etc.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
