Job Summary Without the trades, we wouldn't be here today!! Big Ideas USA is a not-for-profit organization founded in New Ulm, MN. By informing, inspiring, and connecting with participants, we're opening doors to paths in skilled trades including labor, management, supervision, and entrepreneurship. A career in the skilled trades offers hands-on experience, financial stability, career advancement and the ability to work anywhere in the world. We are seeking skilled trades professionals to join our team on a contracted basis, bringing expertise in skilled trade careers such as welding, industrial painting, heavy equipment operators, electricians, construction and more! This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of skilled workers. You are able to work as much or as little as you wish on our Big Idea Ideas Mobile Learning Labs. We travel 90% of the year in the Upper Midwest & 10% throughout the United States. Duties
