The Opportunity We're looking for a driven, people-first Setter Manager to build and lead an appointment-setting team in Nashville. You'll be the engine behind our closers' pipeline — recruiting, training, and developing a team of up to 10 setters who book qualified appointments and represent the Avid Lights brand the right way This is a high-leverage, high-earning role for someone who loves building teams, coaching talent, and driving results. What You'll Do Set appointments yourself in your local market, leading from the front and modeling what great looks like Recruit, interview, and hire setters who fit our culture and standards Train new hires from day one through ramp — scripts, objection handling, mindset, and activity metrics Build a team of up to 10 setters, holding them accountable to daily KPIs Partner with closers and local leadership to keep the pipeline full and the conversion engine running Protect the culture — hire for character, coach for skill, create an environment people don't want to leave What We're Looking For Proven experience setting appointments, direct sales, or leading a sales/setter team (door-to-door or home services experience a big plus) A natural recruiter who knows how to find good people and get them excited Strong coach and trainer who can break down what works and teach it Competitive, organized, KPI-driven High-integrity leader who builds people up Comfortable being measured on team performance, not just your own

Schedule:

Evenings/weekends expected given door-to-door setting hours

Compensation Base:

$500 a week Plus commissions and overrides on your team's production

OTE:
