Job Summary

1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Starting Pay:

$20/hr (Depending on Experience)

What Youll Be Doing

As an Aviation Assembler, youll play a key role in manufacturing precision aerospace components by:

Assembling small aircraft and aerospace components

Testing and inspecting products to ensure exceptional quality

Using hand and power tools to fit, align, and secure parts

Following detailed work instructions and assembly procedures

Completing quality documentation and inspections

Keeping workstations, tools, and parts clean and organized

Working alongside a collaborative team to meet production goals

What Were Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with mechanical or electrical assembly

Comfort using hand and power tools

Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience

Blueprint reading experience (a plus)

Experience with testing equipment or automated testing processes (a plus)

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
