$19 / hour Job Description Job Summary We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join its electronics manufacturing team. This is an entry-level opportunity with no prior manufacturing experience required. Employees will receive training to assemble, configure, inspect, and test electronic circuits, printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), and electro-mechanical products. Employees may support a variety of manufacturing processes, including electronic component assembly, complex product assembly, automated production equipment, and inspection. products support industries including medical equipment, Internet-of-Things devices, and national defense. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and printed circuit board assemblies according to detailed work instructions. Perform assembly, configuration, inspection, and testing of electronic and electro-mechanical products. Work with small electronic components and hand tools. Follow detailed work instructions and established manufacturing procedures. Inspect components and finished products for quality and workmanship. Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or deviations to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures and OSHA safety requirements. Work effectively as part of a team to meet production, quality, and delivery goals. Learn and operate manufacturing equipment and automated production systems as training is provided. Perform additional production duties as assigned. Qualifications No previous manufacturing or electronics experience required; training will be provide Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with small components. Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to ask questions and seek direction when needed. Ability to learn electronic component identification and ESD procedures. Ability to work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment. Ability to stand and perform repetitive assembly tasks for extended periods. Ability to learn and follow OSHA safety standards.
