Panel Technician - 2nd Shift Infinity Industrial Controls Clearwater, FL Job Details Full-time $17.50 - $18.00 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid training Paid time off On-the-job training Qualifications Labeling Cutting Attention to detail Power tools Lean management Hand tools Full Job Description Position Summary We are looking for a Control Panel Technician to build industrial control panels from drawings and schematics. This is a hands-on role in our panel shop—laying out components, wiring, labeling, and helping test panels before they ship to customers. Schedule Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm-11:30 pm Includes a 30-minute unpaid meal break (8 hours paid per day) Key Responsibilities Build industrial control panels according to electrical schematics, layout drawings, and work instructions Lay out and mount components: breakers, contactors, relays, terminal blocks, PLCs, VFDs, power supplies, etc. Cut, strip, crimp, and land wires neatly and correctly per wiring diagrams and panel schedules Perform point-to-point wiring checks and basic continuity checks Label wires and components per prints and shop standards Assist with panel testing under guidance of senior technicians or engineers Follow all safety procedures and use hand/power tools properly Keep work area clean and support 5S / lean practices Communicate drawing or material issues to leads or engineers
