This is a hands-on role in our panel shop—laying out components, wiring, labeling, and helping test panels before they ship to customers. Schedule Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm-11:30 pm Includes a 30-minute unpaid meal break (8 hours paid per day) Key Responsibilities Build industrial control panels according to electrical schematics, layout drawings, and work instructions Lay out and mount components: breakers, contactors, relays, terminal blocks, PLCs, VFDs, power supplies, etc. Cut, strip, crimp, and land wires neatly and correctly per wiring diagrams and panel schedules Perform point-to-point wiring checks and basic continuity checks Label wires and components per prints and shop standards Assist with panel testing under guidance of senior technicians or engineers Follow all safety procedures and use hand/power tools properly Keep work area clean and support 5S / lean practices Communicate drawing or material issues to leads or engineers

Qualifications Preferred:

Experience with electrical or mechanical assembly such as: Control panel assembly Industrial electrician / electrician's helper Low-voltage or control wiring Ability to read basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

Required:

Comfortable using common hand and power tools Strong attention to detail with wire numbers, terminations, and labels Physical Requirements Able to stand for most of the shift Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Frequent bending, reaching, and working inside/around enclosures
