Position Summary We are hiring an Electronic Assembler for a manufacturing facility in St. Charles. This role involves assembling electronic components and products according to work instructions, checking completed work for quality, and supporting safe, accurate production. Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and products using work instructions, drawings, and specifications. Use hand tools and assembly equipment as trained. Inspect parts and completed assemblies for defects, correct placement, and workmanship. Record production information and report quality or material issues to a supervisor. Handle components carefully and follow applicable electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety requirements. Qualifications Previous electronic assembly or related manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform precise, repetitive work. Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination. Ability to read basic assembly drawings or diagrams is helpful. Soldering experience is a plus, if applicable to the assignment. Interested?
