Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform mechanical or electrical assembly tasks meeting quality and productivity standards
- Read and interpret prints and basic schematics
- Operate basic calibration and power tools
- Perform drilling and tapping operations
- Maintain pace with production demands
- Support training of new or junior assemblers
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Work Experience High school diploma or
GED COMPETENCIES
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies.
- Moderate mechanical aptitude
- Proficient use of hand and power tools
- Moderate print reading skills
- Basic production pacing skills
