Position Summary:

Build and assemble projects based on customer specifications utilizing wiring diagrams, schematics, work orders and pictures provided. Provide quality products as well as meet the production schedule for all projects.

Responsibilities:

Build and assemble complex electrical panelboards and combination starters.

Interpret technical documents including drawings, schematics, and bills of materials.

Operate warehouse machinery and hand/power tools safely to manage production components.

Execute physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing long periods.

Manage logistics tasks including inventory organization, troubleshooting, and shipping preparation.

Own production processes independently over time, scaling with department expansion.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum two years electrical and/or mechanical background, including warehousing and assembly.

Strong organization skills

Proficient in

MS Office Suite:

Excel, Word, Power Point

Strong mechanical and analytical aptitude, along with understanding and basic knowledge of wiring diagrams and electrical schematics

Good manual dexterity and experience with power and hand tools, and engraving equipment

Ability to work well independently and as a team member and collaboratively across departments.

Ability to lift 75 lbs.
