09/02/2026 Job Description Job Description Join a growing manufacturing team where precision, quality, and attention to detail matter. We are currently seeking a Electrical Assembly to assist with the assembly and inspection of wire harness components in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work and working with precision measuring tools.
What You'll Do:
Assemble wire harnesses and electrical components according to specifications and work instructions Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production documents Use and calibrate dial and electronic calipers to ensure accurate measurements and product quality Inspect finished products for accuracy, defects, and compliance with quality standards Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments during assembly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For:
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Experience using dial and digital/electronic calipers required Ability to calibrate measuring equipment accurately Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to read measurements and follow technical instructions Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Reliable attendance and strong work ethic If you enjoy precision work, working with your hands, and being part of a hardworking manufacturing team, we want to hear from you!
