Job Description
Perform manufacturing, assembly, and other functions as required while maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of the job and meeting customer expectations. 1. Performs basic assembly of electronic component parts and other manufacturing processes accurately, on a timely basis and with a high level of quality. 2. Use of basic tools including torque assemblies. 3. Operate press including mask assembly. 4. Use computer based testing units. 5. Ensures compliance with health and safety laws, initiatives, regulations, and best practices. 6. Review and follow work orders and production cards to assure accuracy and quality of products produced. 7. Utilize computer data screens for job performance and update records as required. 8. Performs other duties as assigned. 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Knowledge of production procedures and equipment. 3. Ability to work well with others. 4. Ability to follow work instructions and schematic diagrams. 5. The ability to work well under pressure. 1. 1-2 Years Manufacturing Experience 2. Computer skills 3. Math Skills 1. High School Degree or equivalent 2. Experience working in an electronic manufacturing environment a plus but not required. 3. Must be reliable, and have excellent attendance.
