Job:
NECIC Staffing is currently accepting applications for upcoming Electrical Panel Board Assembler opportunities with a company in the Wooster area. We are seeking detail-oriented individuals with electronic assembly experience who can accurately read schematics and assemble circuit boards to meet quality standards. If you enjoy precision work, have a strong attention to detail, and are looking for a stable opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
Assemble boards and electronic components according to work instructions and schematics Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and assembly drawings Install, solder, and secure electronic components using hand tools and assembly equipment Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy Identify and report defects or production issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Perform other assembly and production duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous panel board or electronic assembly experience preferred Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics is required Experience working with small components and precision hand tools Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team
